How do I request a refund?

JumpOffCampus.com does have a refund policy in place. Here is some information about refunds and how to request them.

For three of our four listing packages, as shown above, you can request a refund after 30 days if you have not heard from any potential renters. The Basic listing package, due to the very nominal price, is not eligible for a refund. All refund requests are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
