Advertising a New Apartment After Renting Out Your Old One
I purchased my listing a few months ago. My apartment is no longer available, but I have another one for rent. Can I advertise that one instead?
Yes! If the six-month purchase has not expired, you can list another rental under the original purchase. Taking rentals offline that are no longer available creates a better experience for housing seekers and landlords, and we appreciate your efforts to show only your available rentals on the website.
✩ Follow these steps ✩
- LOG IN to your account

- Select MY LISTINGS

- Next to the listing to be replaced, select EDIT LISTING

- A new page opens
- Backspace over the current information, and carefully enter the information about the new rental. Make sure to double check to make sure all the information is accurate

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select SAVE

- A new page opens where the photos of the new rental can be uploaded

- Once the photos are uploaded, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select ALL DONE

✩ PRO TIP ✩ The listing will expire six months from the original purchase date.
Replacing the original listing with a different listing does not reset the expiration
date.
