Finding Your Listing

I am no longer seeing my rental on the website. Where is it?

Even if you don't see your listing, it is still online! Listings are purchased for a period of six months. If you did not take your listing offline, and the six-month expiration has not happened, your listing is online and visible to those who are searching for housing.

You can always check the status of your listing by logging in to your account and going to MY LISTINGS. Look under ACTIVE LISTINGS. Your active listings will be there reading as POSTED with a checkmark and the expiration date.

Listings are placed on the website in the order they come in. This means listings purchased after your listing will be placed ahead of your listing, moving your listing further down. Press on View All Listings and scroll down until you find your listing.

Those who are searching for housing on the website search by certain parameters, like the number of bedrooms needed and the rent amount, as opposed to scrolling through the entire list. If your rental meets their criteria, they will find it whether it is on page two or page five.
