I Have a Subscription. Can I Upgrade to a Featured Listing?
Yes! If you have an active JumpOffCampus subscription, you can upgrade any eligible listing to be featured on the school site.
Every subscription includes the Plus package for all your listings. If you want a specific listing to be featured, you can upgrade just that listing and pay only the price difference.

- Plus is included free with your subscription. This package includes applications but does not feature your listing.
- Promote features your listing at the top but turns off applications.
- Premium gives you both: a featured listing that also receives applications.

Subscribers only pay the difference between Plus and the package they choose.

✩ Follow these steps to upgrade your listing ✩
- Log in to your JumpOffCampus landlord account.
- Find the listing you want to upgrade. Remember, you can only complete one upgrade at a time. If you would like to upgrade all the listings in your subscription you have to complete one at a time.
- Select the option to upgrade or boost your listing.
- Choose the package you want.
- Because you have an active subscription, your subscription discount will automatically be applied based on the package you choose.
- Review the upgrade price and complete the payment. Your listing will go live on the package you chose.
✩ Important to know ✩
- Your subscription does not include free featured listings.
- Your subscription includes Plus listings, but featuring a listing is an additional paid upgrade.
- You don't pay the full featured price. Your Plus listing is already covered by your subscription, so you only pay the difference to upgrade it.
✩ Can I upgrade multiple listings? ✩
Yes. If you have multiple listings covered by your subscription, you can choose which listings you want to upgrade to Featured.
- Each upgrade is paid separately.
- Your subscription's normal listing limit still applies. Upgrading a listing to Featured does not give you additional listing slots.
